Future Energy Solar | Greater Boston Area

Uncapped Commission

Future Energy Solar is expanding our door-to-door team across Massachusetts.

We’re looking for driven, competitive individuals who want high income potential and are willing to earn it.

No solar experience required.

Work ethic required.

What This Role Is

This is a performance-based 1099 contractor position.

You will:

  • Knock doors in assigned territories
  • Set appointments
  • Present proposals using company tools
  • Build your own referral pipeline

This is a field role. Consistent daily activity is expected.

Paid Training Ramp (First 8 Weeks)

We support new consultants who show discipline and effort.

You may qualify for paid training during your first 8 weeks, subject to:

  • Weekly door-knocking targets
  • CRM activity tracking
  • Attendance at team meetings and trainings
  • Coaching participation
  • Performance benchmarks

The ramp is designed to support committed candidates — not replace production.

Compensation

100% commission-based

Competitive per-deal payouts

Uncapped earnings

Realistic first-year earnings: $75,000–$150,000+

Your income is directly tied to your effort and results.

Training & Development

No prior solar experience required. We provide structured training including:

  • Solar fundamentals (how systems work, MA incentives, net metering, SMART)
  • Financing options and how to position payments properly
  • Door approach and appointment-setting scripts
  • In-home consultation framework
  • Proposal software and presentation tools
  • Objection handling and closing techniques
  • CRM usage and pipeline management
  • Field ride‑alongs with experienced reps

You’ll receive hands‑on coaching, live feedback, and weekly performance reviews during your ramp period.

Training is structured and performance‑driven — we teach you how to win.
