Compensation: $19 to $24 What Your Experience Looks Like at Primrose- A dedicated Education Coach who helps you refine your craft and grow as a professional

- An assigned Faculty Support Teacher who covers breaks and planning time daily
- Ongoing support from a 4-person Leadership Team who are present and invested
- Fully stocked classrooms—all materials, décor, and supplies provided
- A consistent roster of children for the full school year
- Compensation that increases with experience, education, and achievements
