As our Graphic Production Specialist, you are the bridge between creative vision and physical reality. You’ll transform client concepts, design files, and internal ideas into high-quality, production-ready graphics that bring brand stories to life on walls, floors, signs, displays — and sometimes places you never imagined.

This role is hands‑on, detail‑driven, and essential. You ensure that every printed piece reflects Exhibitus’ quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.

• Preflight, troubleshoot, and perfect digital files so they’re print‑ready and flawless.
• Make creative adjustments that enhance clarity, color, scale, or impact.
• Think ahead to catch potential issues before they hit the printer.

• Work directly with account teams and clients to clarify needs, solve challenges, and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Translate project notes and concepts into clean, clear instructions for internal print teams or external vendors.

• Thoroughly inspect every graphic for accuracy, alignment, color integrity, and finishing quality.
• Keep projects organized and easy to retrieve by following Exhibitus’ archiving protocol.

• Take ownership of assignments and communicate actively with your manager.
• Manage deadlines with calm efficiency — even when the schedule heats up.
• Support special projects and pitch in where your team needs you.

• Experience in graphic production, print, exhibit, or trade show environments.
• Solid command of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print processes, substrates, finishing, color management, and output troubleshooting.
• Ability to execute vinyl application is a plus.

• A creative eye and practical instinct for balance, legibility, alignment, and visual impact.
• Ability to make informed design decisions when files need enhancement or modification.

• Skill in communicating visual concepts verbally and visually with colleagues at all levels.
• Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities without losing focus.

• Thrives independently AND as part of a like‑minded creative team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced production cycle with tight deadlines.
• Loves problem‑solving and takes pride in delivering work that’s pixel‑perfect.
