We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects from start to finish-ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and on budget
. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and cost management skills, with the ability to coordinate clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project delivery: safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and project documentation.
- Conduct weekly project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee project startup through closeout, including inspections and final payment.
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil construction.
- Skilled in budget management, scheduling, and quality control.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Safety-first mindset with a results-driven approach.
