About the Role:

Our Client, a leading construction subcontractor specializing in Division 10 specialties, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager - Specialties (Div. 10) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of specialty scope projects across commercial construction sites. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team and oversee projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of Division 10 specialty construction projects, including procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and budget control.

  • Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to determine project scope and material requirements.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and communicate progress with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with field superintendents, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and timely execution.

  • Lead project meetings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client requirements.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably with Division 10 or interior specialties.

  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, materials, and building processes.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel to job sites as required.
