Bridge’s team works on behalf of clients to ensure their energy program goals are met by demanding the highest level of service and satisfaction from their utility companies and suppliers, while helping to evaluate the multitude of energy consultants, suppliers, and vendors. With our unique utility, financial, and regulatory background, we streamline and facilitate the energy buying experience. We maintain strong relationships with key constituents, government, public utilities, the suppliers of power and natural gas, and site development resources.
Role DescriptionThis is an on-site internship position located in Woburn, MA, for a Sales Operations & Research Intern. The intern will assist with data analysis, support sales operations, and conduct market and industry research to identify potential prospects and opportunities. Responsibilities include supporting the sales and business development teams with customer data, enhancing customer service strategies, and assisting in the development of reports and presentations.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, conduct research, and provide actionable insights
- Effective Communication and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Sales and Sales Operations skills, including familiarity with lead generation and CRM/Sales Force tools are preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Relevant coursework or experience in business, sales, or energy industry is a plus
