• Preparing accurate quotes and processing customer orders.
• Supporting sales team members and maintaining seamless communication with customers.
• Assisting clients in the showroom, by phone, and via email to deliver a professional, responsive experience.
• Checking stock availability, coordinating shipments, and restocking product displays.
• Supporting order preparation, packing, or shipping logistics as needed.
• Creating a welcoming, organized showroom environment that reflects Barbizon’s quality and professionalism.

• Detail-oriented and naturally organized.
