Part-Time Payroll & Bookkeeping SpecialistLocation:
Woburn, MA
Our client, a well-established organization in the manufacturing and professional services sector, is seeking a part‑time Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist to support payroll processing and assist with basic accounting functions. This role involves ensuring accurate payroll administration, maintaining compliance, and providing support for routine financial tasks.
Responsibilities- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees on a regular schedule
- Maintain accurate payroll records and update employee information as needed
- Prepare standard payroll reports and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including general ledger entries and reporting
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and MS Excel
