We offer a complete suite of services to help companies build a strategic merchandise program from the ground up and manage their merchandise program once it’s launched. Image Seller sources, produces, and distributes branded merchandise nation‑wide and for some of the most recognizable brands in the world.

Role Overview

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing key strategic client account programs, ensuring client satisfaction, driving business growth & overseeing internal account team members. You will serve as the primary point of contact between Image Seller and your clients, overseeing the end‑to‑end execution of promotional merchandise projects and programs.

Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain effective and productive client relationships.
  • Understand clients, business goals and objectives to provide tailored promotional merchandise program solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
Image Seller Account Team Management
  • Oversee and support Image Seller Account Team members, including Account Managers, Account Coordinators, and DCX hires.
Strategic Planning
  • Take the lead role in development and execution of client program strategy for your clients.
  • Initiate recommendations and strategies to achieve program objectives.
  • Think creatively and innovatively to deliver on client expectations within client’s budget while maintaining margin and profitability.
Project Management
  • Plan, coordinate, manage and implement the timeline, budget and deliverables necessary to achieve the client’s program objectives.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the successful and on‑time completion of the program and its deliverables.
  • Communicate in a timely and pro‑active manner with clients.
  • Prepare client presentations, quotes, product briefs, data sheets and other information required by a client.
  • Lead program direction including creative direction, offerings, managing inventory and overall strategic program planning.
  • Oversee website implementation and day to day logistics, manage inventory and fulfillment process, to ensure program success.
Market Knowledge
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • Use market insights to make recommendations for improving clients promotional merchandise strategies and product offerings.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of industry experience in Promotional Products, CPG, Apparel or related merchandise.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the Promotional Merchandise Industry including; promotional products merchandising, sourcing, and purchasing.
  • Financial acumen to understand pricing and margin impacts on profitability.
  • High degree of organization and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and work to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross functional internal and external resources.
  • Personally motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to lead and manage strategic client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, being able to pivot as needed and able to pro‑actively figure things out (as opposed to solely following documented processes).
Compensation

$80,000.00-$90,000.00 + full benefits and Paid Time Off package

Schedule

Full time; M-F. This is a remote role, with no in‑office requirement. The ideal candidate will reside in Denver, CO. Candidates in other states will be considered but must be able to work Mountain Standard Time (MST).
