• Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to assess their applications and product requirements
• Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate product features to customers
• Liaise with customers to provide updates on pricing, service, and product launches
• Generate new prospect accounts to increase revenue through partnerships with distributors
• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate information for future sales

• 1-3 years of strong manufacturing experience, particularly in Milling, Turning, and Grooving
• Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to assist customers with the correct application of tools
• Experience in account management and developing new customer relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and effective written and verbal communication skills

• Job shop experience is highly regarded
• Experience in designing special tools is advantageous
• Background in sales and marketing is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
