We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Baker to join our growing team in Wixom, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast‑growing family business that’s passionate about crafting one‑of‑a‑kind cakes and baked goods for customers nationwide.

• Prepare, bake, and finish cakes, pastries, and other baked goods with consistency and creativity
• Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily demand
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency
• Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
• Support training and mentorship of new hires and bakery associates to uphold standards and foster growth

• Formal education in Culinary Arts or Pastry, OR proven professional experience in baking/pastry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills
• This role will start as a part‑time position with the high potential to transition into full‑time employment as our production capacity and customer demand continue to grow fast.
