We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
Responsibilities- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and polish surfaces
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to hotel standards
- Address guests' queries and requests promptly and professionally
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is advantageous
