Position Summary
As a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative, you are part of our post-sales support team, and your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our world-class high level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the frontline of response to customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution with each customer.
You will connect with our customers to address questions, enter orders, and resolve issues through multiple channels such as email, phone, online portals, and website inquiries. You will work with multiple teams to resolve customer support concerns. Additionally, you will learn about NLB’s products and applications and serve as an ambassador for our brand.
Job Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Answering customer phone calls and emails
- Providing customers with price quotations and parts availability
- Enter customer orders received by phone or email
- Monitor late orders and communicate delays with customers
- Review drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to locate correct items to quote
- Basic equipment troubleshooting
- Enter customer orders in various online portals as required by our customers
- Work directly with the sales team to enter orders needed from the field
- Requisition items needed from Purchasing and Manufacturing
- Issue RMA’s for authorized parts returns
- Must be able to communicate effectively, get along with co-workers, and deal with colleagues
Computer
Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate computer skills. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and others as required.
