Boyne Resorts is looking for a high-energy candidate to join our Boyne Rewards loyalty Program team. This person will continue the tradition of excellent guest service and creating lasting memories for each guest. With a long-standing culture of innovation, a flywheel approach to growth, and team member satisfaction being a priority, Boyne Resorts is seeking an individual with a solid reputation for managing and delivering quality projects under specific budget, quality, and time constraints.

Projects will be iterative and subject to revisions, additions, deletions, and changes that will need to be taken in stride and financially modeled to test and confirm impacts. Boyne Resorts is a collection of mountain and lakeside resorts, ski areas, and attractions spanning from British Columbia to Maine. Founded in 1948 and family-led, the company owns and operates twelve properties and an outdoor lifestyle equipment/apparel retail division with stores throughout Michigan.

An industry leader in multiple U.S. regions, operations include snow sports and year-round mountain recreation, golf, an indoor waterpark, spas, food and beverage, lodging and real estate development.

• Works with a CRM program to manage all customers’ needs.
• Daily phone communication with external and internal guests.
• Post missing points to customer accounts.
• Facilitate membership enrollments.
• Member account maintenance.
• Manages and creates gift cards.
• Limited website work.
• Answer phones and emails as they come in.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• 1 - 2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Excellent writing skills to write product descriptions, chat online with customers and respond to emails.
• Highly developed verbal communication, and interpersonal and organizational skills.
