Overview
Job Title: Chef De Partie
Location: Richmond Village Witney, Coral Springs Way, Oxford, OX28 5DG
Contract: Permanent, 45 hours per week
Shifts: 5 days from 7:00 pm to between 7:30–8:30 pm. No split shifts
Salary: £33,111 per annum & Excellent Benefits
Welcome Bonus: £1,000 starter bonus (paid in the next available pay run after four weeks of service; tax and NI deductions apply). Ts & Cs Apply

You'll help us make health happen by
- Catering to residents across the Village (care home, serviced suites, Restaurant/Spa guests, meals to be taken to apartments, or other events).
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
- Be aware of residents', wellness spa clients', and villagers' dietary needs and respond to comments and requests regarding the menu.
- Be involved in preparation and serving of meals on the hotplate as required.
- Ensure all food is used within the prescribed period, with attention to high-risk perishable goods.
- Ensure a welcoming, safe and compliant dining environment for residents.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working area.
Passionate about food with experience in a professional kitchen, ideally catering for customers with special dietary requirements. Understanding of health and safety procedures, ideally with an NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds and CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award or equivalent. Open to new ideas with an innovative yet organized approach to cooking, able to stay calm during busy service. Enjoy working with others to deliver an excellent dining experience at each meal.
