Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for a Potting Shed supervisor to lead our Potting Shed cafe team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,508.80 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £27,268.80, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

As Potting Shed Supervisor you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests as well as overseeing the smooth operational running of the Potting Shed Cafe. Your role will include, preparing and serving a wide range of hot beverages, opening, and closing the cafe and maintaining all hot beverage related equipment. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring the potting shed team members to deliver a high level of hot beverage related items exceeding members’ needs and expectations every time.

An expert level of hot drinks experience is vital, upholding the highest standards and ensuring the member and guest experience is always in line with Estelle Manor standards.
