Our client, an award-winning Agricultural dealership is recruiting for an experienced Parts Supervisor.

Essentials Duties

* Lead the Parts Team to respond proactively and ensure maximum customer satisfaction

* Responsibility for achieving parts sales, profit goals, inventory control, team management, pricing, merchandising, retail displays and promotions.

* Proactively drive parts volume growth and engage with our customers

* Recruit, train, motivate and support the performance of the parts team

* Lead sales efforts, including telemarketing, to keep in contact with customers and pro-actively sell.

* Ensure the same high-quality level of service provided to customers.

* Maintain pricing parameters in each customer category whilst maintaining customer loyalty

* Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service/workshop and our customers

* Manage stock checks and adjust inventory to minimise obsolescence

* Provide technical assistance and problem resolution to the Parts Department Team

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven parts leadership experience, gained ideally in the agricultural environment however, related sector experience will be considered.

* Appraisal of staff, alignment of individual development needs with training provision.

* Accuracy and attention to detail.

* Ability to use standard computer applications and internet functions.

* Excellent customer service skills.
