I’m recruiting on behalf of a long-established UK engineering manufacturer with a strong global presence. They design and build specialist technical equipment supplied worldwide, with a consistent focus on innovation, quality and continuous improvement.
The RoleReporting to the R&D Manager, you’ll design and develop new and existing products, support build and test activity, produce BOMs and deliver clear technical reports. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering colleagues to deliver robust, commercially viable solutions. Predominantly onsite in Oxfordshire.
Requirements- Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years’ relevant product development/design experience
- 3D CAD experience (Inventor desirable)
- Product testing and drawing interpretation skills
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- £35,000-£45,000
- Bonus
- 25 days + bank holidays (increasing with service)
