Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

You should enjoy being the focal point of guest interaction along with delivering top class experiences to our members and guests.

Our activity offerings include but are not limited to;
Archery, Axe Throwing, Air Rifle Shooting, Tree Climbing, Off Road Driving, Stables and Lead Rein Riding, Bush Craft and Walking tours. As the hotel expands you will be instrumental in the set up and delivery of our newest experiences which will include Clay Pigeon Shooting, Fly Fishing and Off-Road Driving.

Ideally, you have experience of working in the great outdoors with groups of varying sizes and in a number of the above experiences; this however isn’t essential as we can fully support you with this.

• Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and have experience leading adults and children in an outdoor setting.
• You will hold a full clean EU drivers’ licence and be aged 25 or above.
• Wide knowledge of local area and excellent networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,910.40 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £29,910.40, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
