OverviewWe are looking for a proactive EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) Administrator with excellent organisational and IT skills to join our SEND Support Department at Witney Campus. You will play a key role in managing statutory EHCP processes, working collaboratively across the college and with external partners to ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate EHCP administration, consultations, and annual reviews in line with statutory deadlines.
- Liaise with SENCOs, Local Authorities, cross-college teams, and external professionals to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate SEND databases, documentation, and records, including updating and proofreading EHCP paperwork.
- Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including minute taking and managing communications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and wider digital systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Confident communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
- Experience working in SEND, education, or a related support environment.
- Knowledge of EHCP processes and the SEND Code of Practice.
- Experience liaising with Local Authorities and external professionals.
- Experience managing databases or reporting systems.
