Position: Graduate Opportunity

The role

Reporting into the Director the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to both internal and external stakeholders. The position is varied and fast-paced, combining client contact, administrative support and involvement in wider business operations.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing shared administration inboxes, ensuring queries are responded to promptly and within agreed service levels
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the wider administration team
  • Responding to routine client and investor queries via email and live chat
  • Maintaining and updating content, ensuring information remains accurate and compliant
  • Supporting company-wide communications and compliance updates on a quarterly basis
  • Assisting with fundraising activity administration, including handling enquiries and documentation requests
  • Building strong working relationships across the business
About you

This role would suit someone organised, proactive and keen to develop their skills within a professional services environment.

You will ideally have:
  • A-levels or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience working in an office-based or administrative role
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident approach
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative and support colleagues
