The role
Reporting into the Director the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to both internal and external stakeholders. The position is varied and fast-paced, combining client contact, administrative support and involvement in wider business operations.
Key responsibilities will include:- Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing shared administration inboxes, ensuring queries are responded to promptly and within agreed service levels
- Providing administrative and operational support to the wider administration team
- Responding to routine client and investor queries via email and live chat
- Maintaining and updating content, ensuring information remains accurate and compliant
- Supporting company-wide communications and compliance updates on a quarterly basis
- Assisting with fundraising activity administration, including handling enquiries and documentation requests
- Building strong working relationships across the business
This role would suit someone organised, proactive and keen to develop their skills within a professional services environment.
You will ideally have:- A-levels or equivalent qualifications
- Experience working in an office-based or administrative role
- Strong Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident approach
- A willingness to learn, take initiative and support colleagues
- Salary up to £34,000 (DOE)
- Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
