Position: Service Technician (Permanent)
Garage Door Fitter / Service Technician - Witham

Salary up to £33,000

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established business who are looking to add a Garage Door Fitter / Service Technician to their team in Witham.

This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality installations, and is keen to develop their skills long term. Previous experience within garage door fitting or servicing is advantageous, but full training is available for the right individual with a strong work ethic and practical background.

The Role

Installing, repairing, and servicing a range of garage door systems
Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Working on building sites as required
Carrying out fault finding and basic maintenance tasks
Supporting wider company operations when needed

What We're Looking For

Confident using hand and power tools (essential)
Previous experience in garage doors or similar mechanical / fitting roles (preferred)
CSCS card (essential)
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and a practical mindset
Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
Flexible team player happy to support colleagues when required

Working Hours & Benefits

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Overtime available and paid
Competitive salary up to £33,000
