We are recruiting for a Dispatch - Goods in/out - Supervisor to join our team in Witham.

This role will be Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

Stock control

- receipting goods in, checking quantity/quantity/allocating to location and job or house stock.

- Working with Operations Admin – weekly stock takes

- Centralised stock control – working with operators to ensure they have what they need

- Housekeeping – HSE conscious, support and sustain lean initiatives.

Goods out

- Final set of eyes before the packages leaves the site – has it met the job packing spec & meet out internal QA standards

- Is it the most cost-effective way to deliver this project.

- On Time Deliver – achieve the weekly target of 98%

- Build strong relationships with couriers.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to communicate with staff, clients and at all levels
• Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Work under pressure and to be able to determine and organise priorities
• FLT Counterbalance preferable
