A growing automotive component manufacturer in Witham is seeking a CNC Team Leader for night shifts. The role involves leading a team of CNC setter operators, setting and operating CNC Milling machines, and ensuring quality control. The hours are from 8.30pm to 7am on Sunday and 11pm to 7am from Monday to Thursday, with competitive pay of up to £21.69 per hour.
This temporary to permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong order book extending into the 2030's.
