Private Clients Account Handler

Summary

Our client who is a Lloyds Brokers is looking for an Client Handler to join the expanding Private Clients / HNW team in the Witham, Essex office. The purpose of the role is to deal with a mixed portfolio of Private Clients insurances.

• Dealing with HNW risks including (but not limited to) Household, Motor, Art, and Travel
• Handling new and existing clients
• Deal with new business, renewals and MTAs, ensuring they are corrected processed
• Prepare and issue insurance documentation
• Meeting with clients as and when needed
• Ensure customer details are recorded accurately and entered onto system in a timely fashion.
• Confirm cover with relevant insurers, process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required
• Managing the issuance of clients certificates
• Deal with account queries

• Previous experience within a similar Insurance role
• Strong knowledge of all types of HNW / Private Clients insurances
• Good IT skills

• Good organisation skills
• Strong communication skills

• Permanent role
• Based in Witham, Essex
• Salary between £25,000 - £32,000
