• Managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
• Payment management, ensuring compliance with company terms and policies.
• Generating reports and assisting in both mid-month and end of month invoice processing and reporting.
• Addressing any discrepancies or issues relating to payments and liaising with other departments in the business.

• Previous experience in a finance role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and attention to detail
