To provide patient focused quality pharmaceutical care and to assure an efficient and timely supply of pharmaceutical advice and medication within secondary care setting.

What

we'll need you to bring
  • Masters of Pharmacy Degree
  • Registered member of General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Independent Prescribing qualification or undertakes to complete within reasonable timescale.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to plan, prioritise and organise workload
  • Experience in patient information/education
  • Ability to effectively monitor patients’ therapeutic regimens in order to ensure effectiveness and reduce toxicity
  • Able to work under their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to revalidation as per directions of General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivation
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate customer awareness/focus
  • Participation in weekends and public holiday service
  • Participation in pharmacy emergency duty
  • Willingness to contribute to the general working of the pharmacy department
It would be great if you also have
