Menards Distribution Center is hiring immediately for Warehouse/Warranty Center Team Members who are responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting products into and out of the Distribution Center.

• Warehouse – 2nd shift (4:00 PM until 12:30 AM). Pay: $21.25 /hr Part‑time or $23.05 /hr (Shift Premium included).
• Warehouse – 3rd shift (10:30 PM until 7:00 AM). Pay: $21.25 /hr Part‑time or $23.05 /hr (Shift Premium included).

• Follow Menards safety policies and procedures.
• Safely operate forklift or other machinery.
• Work cooperatively and productively with other Team Members under little supervision.
• Load trucks according to cubic weight, size and characteristics.
• Provide outstanding service with attention to detail and completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain condition of work area (i.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.).
• Perform safety check of powered industrial vehicle prior to operation.
• Locate product in warehouse using manifest or scanning system.
• Use hand‑held scanning equipment to add or subtract product from inventory.
• Record quantity of product actually loaded onto manifest system.
• Ensure accuracy of load by verifying quantity with computer inquiry screens.
• Transport product from production/receiving areas using powered industrial vehicle.
• Additional duties assigned by Distribution Center Management.

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  Requires intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion including walking, standing, stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting.
• Environment may include temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; 70 lbs. occasionally.

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
