Warehouse WMS Coordinator

Overview

Position Description
Ryder is hiring a permanent full-time WMS Coordinator in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.

Warehouse positions pay weekly and earn a base hourly rate with shift differential.

• Assist in supporting standard facility key performance indicators (KPI) to meet/exceed goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses
• Work with Operations Supervisor to ensure workload is distributed properly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Collaborate with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve issues with the day
  19;s orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel); working knowledge of WMS systems
• Forklift experience
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location
