UNFI of Prescott, Wisconsin, located 24 miles southeast of St. Paul, MN, is hiring experienced and entry level warehouse associates to join our team. In this fast‑paced role, you are the boots on the ground and responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. This role requires strategic thinking and attention to detail while palletizing orders and ensuring they are placed in the correct assigned locations.

You will operate motorized equipment including Electric Pallet Jacks while ensuring that you safely and accurately move product within the warehouse. Here at UNFI we do our best work by embracing the power of team, never giving up and knowing that we make a difference.

A Warehouse Worker uses a power pallet jack to navigate the warehouse to pick orders utilizing a vocollect headset system. You will be responsible for safely and accurately pulling and gathering orders of goods in our warehouse. Additionally, an Order Selector will palletize the orders, shrink wrap the pallets, and place them in the assigned locations.

• Starting wage $22.75/hr with a pay increase to $24.50/hr upon 2 consecutive weeks of hitting productivity.
• 2nd Shift: $1.25/hr.
• Weekends: $2.00/hr.
• Freezer environment (if applicable): $2.00/hr.

• Sunday plus 4 days during the week; 12:00 noon start on Sunday and 2:00 pm start during the week.
• Guaranteed Saturdays off and 1 additional day during the week.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience selecting preferred but not required.
• Lifting objects weighing from less than 20 to 60 lbs consistently.
• Occasionally pushing, reaching, pulling, and gripping.
• Must have the ability to work in various temperatures.
• Available for work on Sundays.

• Identify the pick locations and safely pick the items.
• Inspect assigned equipment for safety issues.
• Pick the correct item and quantity, checking UPC’s or item descriptions.
• Place labels on the side of the cases.
• Shrink wrap and label with correct truck, stop and other required information.
• Stage pallets in appropriate bay and build a stable pallet.
• Immediately inform supervisor or manager of any potential safety threats or policy violations, and keep area clean of debris.
• Operate pallet jack/pushcart efficiently and safely.
• Good judgment required for times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
