We are hiring an experienced towing / roadside dispatcher who already knows how to operate in a Towbook + Samsara environment. This is not an entry-level dispatch role. Applicants must have prior towing, roadside, or heavy service dispatch experience using real-time dispatch platforms.
If you’ve worked live boards, managed active fleets, and dispatched under pressure — we want to talk.
If you have not used Towbook or a comparable towing dispatch system, this role will not be a fit.
What You’ll Own
You will run live dispatch operations across towing and mobile mechanic services, including:
- Managing active calls inside Towbook
- Dispatching drivers and technicians based on priority, proximity, and safety
- Monitoring fleet movement and job progress in Samsara
- Handling law enforcement and emergency tow requests
- Managing high call volume with accuracy and speed
- Sending payment links and confirming pricing before dispatch
- Coordinating multi-unit and priority scenes
- Keeping complete, audit-ready job notes and records
This is real-time operational dispatch — not call center scripting.
Required Experience (Read Carefully)
Applicants must have:
- Prior towing / roadside / service dispatch experience
- Hands-on Towbook (or equivalent towing dispatch software) experience
- Fleet tracking experience (Samsara or similar GPS platform)
- Emergency or priority dispatch decision-making experience
Applications without relevant dispatch platform experience will not be considered.

- Nights, weekends, and on-call rotation required
