NOW OFFERING A $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS*!! Alsum Transport, Inc, a subsidiary of Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc., is looking for full-time Over the Road (OTR) Drivers! Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. is a grower, packer, and shipper of potatoes & onions located in Friesland, WI. You would transport and deliver fresh produce over the road over long distances in a safe, efficient, timely and legal manner.

You will safely deliver produce to our customers and backhaul fresh produce from CO, KS, NM, TX, FL, GA, , and WA. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of mileage, fuel, BOLs, and PODs. You are to represent Alsum Transport Inc. and Alsum Farms & Produce Inc. in a professional manner.

Salary:
Competitive wages based on experience plus a $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS*

Schedule:

The work schedule will vary from week to week, depending on our pickup and delivery schedule.

You may be perfect for this OTR Truck Driver position if you:

• Hold a current Class A CDL License with a clean driving record
• Are 23 years of age or older
• Have 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience
• Are registered with the Drug Clearing House and can pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug screening
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier DOT requirements and safety qualifications
• Can pass a road test administered by Alsum Transport

• Applicant becomes new employee after passing reference check, interview, driving test and drug screen. Applicant begins employment on or after September 1, 2018 as a FULL TIME employee.
• UPON COMPLETION OF NEW EMPLOYEE’S 30 DAYS – RECEIVE $500.00 BONUS (pretax)
• UPON COMPLETION OF NEW EMPLOYEE’S 90 DAYS – RECEIVE $500.00 BONUS (pretax)
• UPON COMPLETION OF NEW EMPLOYEE’S 180 DAYS – RECEIVE $1000.00 BONUS (pretax)
• UPON COMPLETION OF NEW EMPLOYEE’S 360 DAYS – RECEIVE $1000.00 BONUS (pretax)
• If employment agreement is ended at any time for any reason the specific sign on agreement ends on the day of separation
