Senior Product Engineer, EU – Ashby

We’re building an environment that encourages engineers to own and deliver impactful products. As a Senior Product Engineer, you will own a large portion of one of our products from research to launch, balancing product design with engineering execution.

• Own end‑to‑end development of product features, from competitor research and wire framing to implementation and iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn ideas into functional, user‑centric solutions.
• Own project scope, documentation (specs, technical design), and delivery milestones.
• Build reusable, high‑quality components and architectures that scale across the product ecosystem.
• Iterate quickly within a culture of minimal process, focusing on domain expertise, experimentation, and rapid shipping.

• Senior or mid‑senior full‑stack engineering experience with strong ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working across the stack (Type Script, React, Graph
  
  QL, Node.js, Postgres, Redis).
• Experience building or architecting reusable libraries or shared components.
• Proven ability to tackle product and technical ambiguity, balancing speed with quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders and mentor peers.
• Self‑driven and adaptable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
