Java Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a team focused on building modern customer identity capabilities.

This role involves creating scalable and reusable identity management solutions across multiple digital products, contributing to transformative digital experiences.

The engineer will play a key role in technical leadership and platform development.

• Design and develop highly functional and scalable software applications using Java, Angular, Node.js, Graph
  
  QL, and AWS.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of full stack engineers.
• Build tools and platforms that support multiple applications and developers.
• Deploy and support large-scale solutions impacting millions of users.
• Apply test-driven development (TDD), automation, and Dev Sec Ops  practices to deliver and iterate on features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using Java, Angular, Node.js, Graph
  
  QL, and AWS.
• Experience deploying and supporting large-scale applications in complex ecosystems.
• Strong background in TDD, automation, and Dev Sec Ops  methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Experience in customer identity and access management (CIAM).
• Ability to lead technical discussions and drive innovation.
• Passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge.
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative in delivering high‑quality solutions.
