• Plan and teach recreational activities and activities of daily living for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Provide personal care and support community integration.
• Transport clients locally and maintain accurate reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Participate in on‑the‑job and classroom training; become a CBRF certified DSP.

• High School Diploma or equivalent or eligible combination of training and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and vehicle insurance meeting organizational standards.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents; communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, and driving.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities is an advantage.
• Ability to respond to behavior issues, be organized, flexible, and maintain confidentiality.
