- Plan and teach recreational activities and activities of daily living for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Provide personal care and support community integration.
- Transport clients locally and maintain accurate reports.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in on‑the‑job and classroom training; become a CBRF certified DSP.
- High School Diploma or equivalent or eligible combination of training and experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and vehicle insurance meeting organizational standards.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents; communicate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, and driving.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities is an advantage.
- Ability to respond to behavior issues, be organized, flexible, and maintain confidentiality.
