• Professionally engage with consumers to negotiate repayment solutions by phone.
• Actively listen, identify challenges, and work toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Secure firm commitments for timely repayment and update account records accurately.
• Comply with all federal and state regulations, including FDCPA standards.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training.

• Strong verbal communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
• Must complete a typing assessment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
