Key Responsibilities

• Construction Execution:
  Perform hands-on labor tasks for concrete and masonry construction, including setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Site Operations:
  Operate power tools and equipment safely; load and unload materials and tools at job sites.
• Team Support:
  Support skilled tradespeople, follow site supervisor instructions, and assist in mentoring less experienced team members.
• Safety Compliance:
  Maintain a clean, organized jobsite, participate in safety meetings, and strictly adhere to all PPE and safety protocols.
• Travel &
  
  Schedule:
  
  Travel to out-of-state job sites as required and work overtime hours/weekends when necessary to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of experience in general construction or concrete work preferred.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Work Ethic:
  Willingness to work long hours in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions.
• Skills:
  
  Strong ability to work well with others; leadership ability is a distinct advantage.
• Language:
  Bilingual skills are a plus.
