Electrical Tech, Weekend Shift

Location: Fall River

Weekend shift works Friday through Sunday, 5am-5pm! No travel, work at the same location everyday and in a temperature controlled environment! 20% per hour shift premium! $3,000 Sign on Bonus! EK is looking for a quick-learning and motivated person to join our Electrical Team. Our team of Electrical Techs assist our Licensed Electricians in building advanced LARGE power system enclosures.

We're looking for a motivated Electrical Tech who is ready to jump in with a great group of people and push our Power Products division to the next level.
What you'll be responsible for:

• Performs a wide variety of electrical installation work on electrical systems and equipment
• Installs complex wiring circuits and distribution centers in conformance with established codes as directed by electricians
• Installs switches and controls, central and subsidiary control panels, electronic devices, and other gear incidental to the installation.
• Follows electrical drawings and work instructions.
• Uses all required electrical measuring and testing devices.
• Complies with prescribed safety regulations.
• Works from a general assignment and completes project with direction from electricians.
• Assembles functional parts of enclosures using hand tools, levels, and straight edges.
• Assembles, installs and/or repairs wiring, electrical and electronic components and equipment.
• Uses tools ranging from common hand and power tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
• Completes tasks in a timely manner.
• Cleans and organizes work area.
