What We Do: We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing and water conditioning systems.

The Big Task: You will diagnose, repair, and/or Install residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Key Sub Tasks

• Complete plumbing work for new construction and remodel projects.
• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home, service calls.
• Work alongside dispatch, install coordinator, and comfort advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Clean and restock trucks at the beginning or end of each day.
• Establish customer rapport and provide consistent communication with owners while on-site.
• Offer the right products and services and ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Understand service and install criteria/duties and hold yourself accountable.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

Education/Certification: WI Journey or Master's Plumbing License
