Position: Rough Carpenter - No Experience Required
Location: West Milwaukee

Responsibilities:

* Read and interpret blueprints and plans

* Verify final work meets original specifications and is in compliance with building codes and regulations

* Build temp structures like scaffolding and frame shelters

* Floor, wall, roof framing, decks, window, and door installation

* Maintain a clean, organized job site and dispose of waste material properly

* Troubleshoot any problems and make repairs or adjustments where needed

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in reading blueprints

* Ability to measure, cut and shape wood

* Critical thinking

* Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments

Qualifications:

* Sense of hustle

* Willingness to learn

* High School diploma or GED
