• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues in homes and business
• Explain solutions clearly so customers feel confidence
• Provide upfront pricing for every customer
• Deliver a 5 Star experience
• Keep in touch with dispatch and your team throughout the day
• Stay organized with truck inventory and paperwork
• Rotate on-call duty and keep learning through ongoing training

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record and professional appearance
• Team-oriented attitude with a desire to keep learning

• $37–$41/hr starting pay + unlimited spiffs & bonus opportunities
• Company-supplied, fully equipped truck (you provide basic hand tools)
