Kitchen Tune-Up Novi is growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking team members to join our team and complete kitchen remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking hard-working individuals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a flexible, well-paying position. Position is part-time with potential to become full-time. Refacing training and tools are provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cut and install trim, including crown molding
• Install doors, drawer fronts, drawers, handles, and organizers
• Reface cabinets (training provided)
• Paint cabinet boxes and frames
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently
• Follow the Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Trim carpentry skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely operate power tools
• Ability to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time

Additional Qualifications:

• Tile backsplash installation experience a plus
