Security Officer - Access Control Desk

Location: Elm Grove

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Control access at entry and exit points by verifying identification, processing sign-in and/or sign-out, issuing visitor credentials, and directing traffic flow for pedestrian and vehicle access.;
Screen inbound and outbound activity by checking deliveries, trailer movements, and shipping or receiving documentation as required by post orders, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or loss.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and emergency services as directed.;
Complete detailed reports and logs of access activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site management.
