Are you a SALES PROFESSIONAL with a drive to sell the joy of boating? The Boat House, with 12 locations across the Midwest and Florida, seeks a passionate and energetic salesperson to build relationships, close deals, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions
  • Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.
  • Greet customers promptly and present yourself professionally.
  • Handle telephone inquiries quickly and politely.
  • Sell products that meet customer needs and cross‑sell additional items.
  • Schedule appointments to support business and customer convenience.
  • Recommend service records and necessary maintenance as per manufacturer and company procedures.
  • Follow company sales agreement procedures and approvals.
  • Complete sales paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Follow up with customers post‑sale per company procedure.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalation when needed.
  • Enter customer data into the database within 24 hours of contact.
  • Master dealer management software.
  • Maintain a positive work environment with staff and vendors.
  • Process paperwork timely and accurately.
  • Follow safety policies and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Assist in maintaining showroom appearance.
  • Attend assigned meetings and training.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
