Location:

Waukesha, WI Griffin Ford, Inc., one of Wisconsin’s largest and most respected Ford dealerships, is seeking an experienced Commercial Fleet Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to build and maintain business relationships while representing the Ford brand to commercial and fleet clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with small businesses, municipalities, and corporate accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Manage the entire sales process for commercial and fleet vehicles—from initial contact to delivery.
• Work with the service and parts departments to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Provide expert product knowledge on Ford commercial vehicles, upfits, and financing options.
• Meet sales goals and profitability targets set by management.

• Prior experience in commercial or fleet sales (automotive preferred).
• Strong B2B sales skills with a proven track record of growth and relationship management.
• Professional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a successful, customer-focused team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
