EH Wolf & Sons is a family-owned and operated company distributing fuels and lubricants to a wide range of industries. Due to a retirement, we are seeking a territory sales manager in Northwestern Wisconsin. This position will focus on growth and account management in northwestern WI.

Compensation
Includes a base salary, uncapped commission, company car, healthcare benefits, 401k matching, profit sharing, vacation, and paid holidays. The role involves managing an existing book of business and growing our product lines.

- Experience in the lubricant and fuel industry
- Knowledge of B2B sales
- Willingness to travel overnight

Requirements
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Sage, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience
- Understanding of sales processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to sell value-added solutions
