Your Mission:

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to grow our Digital Building Solutions business across Be Ne Lux . Your role? Build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that improve energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability for our customers.

You’ll work with decision-makers across different industries, understand their challenges, and show how our digital platform can transform their buildings. From first contact to closing the deal, you’ll manage the entire sales process and create long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do:
  • Achieve annual sales targets by offering new connected solutions like Open Blue and service contract wins, aligned with pricing and sales guidelines.
  • Drive new business by promoting subscription-based digital services.
  • Identify and engage potential customers in various sectors.
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer success.
  • Stay informed about market trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Use CRM to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on progress.
