What You’ll Do

• Sell Ignite Cannabis products to smoke shops, dispensaries, and wholesalers across Texas
• Prospect and cold-visit accounts, quickly building a buyer network
• Present products with a fact-first, high-value sales approach
• Manage your pipeline using our CRM (Hub Spot experience is a plus)
• Generate your own leads and close deals; we’ll provide leads when available
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your reach
• Collaborate with the team on sales strategy and growth

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to quickly build and grow a book of business
• Industry experience is preferred but not required — we’ll train the right candidate
• Strong CRM skills and comfort using sales technology daily
• Hub Spot experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a personal laptop or tablet
• Highly self-motivated with strong closing skills
• Based in Texas with the ability to cover your territory independently
