Front End Service Team Supervisor

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour.

Hourly Rate Policy: The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (scheduled work, facility, season, or special tasks).

Front‑end service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet customers, process returns/refunds, handle financial transactions, and answer customer questions. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
