As a Sales Supervisor, your role is to lead by example and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service. You support the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales performance, and help create a motivating and collaborative store environment. Your leadership plays a key role in achieving targets and maintaining high operational and visual standards.

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Supervise and support the sales team on the shop floor
• Lead daily briefs and set team goals in alignment with store targets
• Support visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members
• Monitor and execute daily store operations, including stock management
• Act as a key holder and support opening/closing procedures

• You have experience in a similar role
